Умные люди умеют читать всю статью. Там генерал говорит:
"Russia is just a regional power without many capabilities required for the modern warfare, who can successfully fight only weak countries as, for example, Georgia or Ukraine. I suppose, if need be, US is more than capable to defeat them without any special difficulty and too much effort.
