This is Russia interfering in the Georgian affairs not Lithuania. Lithuania expressed its concerns about Russia's attempt to annex Abkhazia, which is and always was part of Georgia. Abkhazia is internationally recognized as part of Georgia and it will be always, there is no other way around. Abkhaz people are ethnic group of Georgian (they are Georgians as well).
So Russia's offer to Abkhazia to move Customs controll (border) from Psou River to Enguri River is annexation of Abkhazia. Also offer to Abkhazia to abolish Army and merge it with Russian one, is also attempt to take away one of the most important aspects of a state, army. It means that Russia never considered Abkhazia as a country, Russia only uses them to punish Georgia from its aspiration to EU and NATO and nothing else. If Russians had friendly attitude to Abkhazia they would try to strengthen Abkhazia as a country and not annex it.
