Я нашел оригинал и ниже уже написал, еще раз: он сказал что "если женщина выпила алкоголь и переспала с парнем после вечеринки - считается что она не давала согласия, т.к. была пьяная и не в ответе за свои поступки. Но если эта же женщина пьяная за рулем сбила человека - она будет в ответе и её посадят в тюрьму." Вот и всё! Так что он призывает закон быть честным перед мужчиной и женщиной.
